A Comprehensive Branding Case Study for Griddle Top, a new fast food venture in Hong Kong. My role involved creating a fresh brand identity from scratch and overseeing all aspects of branding, including graphic design, interior decor, packaging, food photography, and digital marketing. The brand's appeal was so compelling that it attracted investors and expanded into a franchise with 3 additional stores within 2 years. I also directed an internship program for over 200+ advertising students, integrating educational growth with real-world branding challenges. Collaborations with local artists further enriched this dynamic project.​​​​​​​
